Underwater Pregnancy Shoot

I am so excited. I took my camera underwater for the first time. I’ve had my housing for a couple months but have been afraid to take the plunge. The first shoot was on Monday and pretty unsuccessful. I had no idea what I was doing. I had no mask, no fins, no weights and pretty much drowned myself in the process. After some better planning we were able to re-shoot on Wednesday before I left for Arizona. Here is the one of the images I captured that day. Thanks Nancy for being such a beautiful and inspiring soon to be mom for the third time. More to come.

Dearest Michelle,

Wow!! Everytime I look at a picture you take of me I think, "I didn't realize I'm that beautiful." You have an amazing talent to reveal the true beauty in people.

Even though you've shot all three of my pregnancies, this is by far my favorite. One, because I love the shape our son has given me and two YOUR ARTISTRY!!! Thank you so much for all you did to make this memory last forever.

I appreciate you and wish you much succcess in your business. If I can be a reference for you, please consider it done. You are fabulous to work with and have a gift to capture a life story in one frame.

Thank you again.

Love,
Nancy

As I said on the plane, I'll be happy to pay royalities for stealing any of your ideas! This is really good stuff. What kind of fabric were you using in the water? Excellent choice of swim suit as well! I wish I did something like this when my wife was pregnant with the twins. Inspiring!
