
Well, some of you know that over the last couple months I have been training for the Miami marathon in January. So, I have been following a training schedule that tells me how much to run. This past Sunday I ran 13 MILES and I did it by myself. I even sprinted the last little bit. It felt GOOD! I felt STRONG! You learn a lot about yourself when you run for a couple hours with just yourself and your thoughts. After running 13 miles and feeling good I decided it was time to register for the marathon. So, on Monday I officially registered. Wahoooo!!!
